SpendCheck® EXPANDS CLIENT ROSTER SIGNING SPTI TO A MULTI YEAR AGREEMENT FOR COMPETITIVE MEDIA INTELLIGENCE

MIAMI, October 30, 2007 – DataCheck USA, the premier intelligence provider to media and entertainment companies of media competitive information, advertising and program content verification to media and entertainment companies, announced today that Sony Pictures Television International has signed a new multi-year agreement for SpendCheck® the innovative competitive intelligence product.
 
“SPTI Los Angeles subscribed to the service for the studio business last year and we are pleased that they renewed the subscription for the entire package” said Lourdes M. Espinoza, founder and president of DataCheck USA.  “FOX Latin American Channels came on board earlier this year and now with the subscription of SPTI we have on board the major network groups that include Discovery Latin America and Warner Channel.  This increases SpendCheck coverage of subscribers to 50% of the Pan-regional Pay TV Top 20 rated channels.”, added Espinoza.

The SpendCheck®, service was launched in 2003 and provides advertising media investment trends as well as media strategies to advertising agencies, cable networks and trade associations for the Latin American pay television industry.  The service tracks activity and spending of the major international cable networks in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico and Venezuela.

This innovative tool that has some unique features provides a significant competitive advantage to its subscribers.  Additionally, it helps in answering the unavoidable questions often posed during media planning, such as, “Where are my competitors investing their budgets?
