DATACHECK INTRODUCES
A NEW AD SPEND COMPETITIVE SERVICE FOR LATIN AMERICA:
SpendCheck™
(Boca Raton, FL September 24, 2002)-
DataCheck USA announced today the launch of a new competitive intelligence
service called SpendCheck™. This new tool delivers
powerful media planning and advertising sales data that will be very
useful to Pan-Regional network executives and advertisers. The
SpendCheck™ service reports advertising expenditures and
commercial airings in major Latin American markets by advertising category, company, brand and
network.

product was developed in response to frequent requests from
current DataCheck USA clients for more detailed analyses of media buys
in Latin America," said Lourdes Espinoza, President and founder of DataCheck
USA. "This service represents the latest and most innovative product
we've developed to date. Our standard reports detail what competing advertisers are spending, who
they are targeting and with what frequency."
DataCheck USA is currently in negotiations with some Pan-Regional
networks to provide advertising expenditure data beginning October 1,
2002, giving them the opportunity to develop advertising campaigns
and business pitches using information based on the latest market
activity.
Argentina, Mexico, Brazil and LATAM are among the signals presently
being measured and reported individually. Using a proprietary tool,
advertising rates are applied to each spot based on the country and
network of origin. The standard reports include summarized tables
with rankings, share of market and number of spots by advertising
category, brand, company and network. All data can be customized to
meet individual SpendCheck™ client needs.
